Summer Camps 2023

The Works offers a fun array of day camps for ages 3 – 11+ where you’ll do, create, and build this summer.

Camp registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of seats available in each camp. Registration fees are typically non-refundable. Scholarships Summer Camp financial assistance is available for those who qualify. To apply, contact Guest Services to receive a Scholarship Application.

Busy Bee (Ages 3 & 4) – $100/$125 Members
Designed specifically for your curious kiddo, Busy Bee Camp and Fireflies at The Works engages young children with fun, hands-on art and science activities while exploring some of our coolest exhibits and artifacts. A great first camp experience!

Nature Detectives – June 20-23, 9:30-11:30 AM
Who’s Whoooo in the outside world? Have you ever wondered which bird is making those sounds? Have you ever seen a plant you couldn’t identify? Join us to learn more about nature and the world around you!

Lost in Space & Time– July 11-14, 9:30-11:30 AM
3…2…1… Lift off! We will travel to the ends of the Earth and Beyond as we discover new and fun things about space and history.

Splat, Doodle & Design– July 25-28, 9:30-11:30 AM
Let’s get messy! Bring your budding artists and inventors to create and grow with us! Make a masterpiece, innovate and design – show off your work in a mini-gallery at the end of the week!

Fireflies (Ages 5 & 6) – August 4-6 – $100/$125 Members

Jr. Robotics Camp (Ages 6-8) – July 19-23 – $175/150 Members
Jr Robotics camp is packed with fun! 6 – 8-year-olds will explore, create, test and share. Build a ® SPIKE Essential robot and get an introduction to FIRST® LEGO® League Explore! Create new, fun ways to get everyone moving.

Date & Time: June 26-30; & July 17-21 July 31-Aug 4 (M-F), 9AM to Noon

Robotics Camp (Ages 9-11) – July 19-23 – $175/150 Members
Robotics camp has been extended to include more. 9 – 11-year-olds will design, build program, test and share. Build a SPIKE Prime robot and get an introduction into FIRST® LEGO® League – Challenge!

Date & Time: June 26-30; & July 17-21 July 31-Aug 4 (M-F), 1 PM to 4 PM
